Complain for change campaign is a campaign aimed at making people aware of the services PHSO provide and how to go about complaining about the service of the NHS or a Parliamentary department. The first part of this campaign was aimed at people with a learning disability as PHSO is trying to target customers that may find it difficult to complain or know how to.
I designed the campiagn logo where they wanted the wording 'change' to really stand out and give focus about what the campaign was trying to achieve. I also came up with the campaign materials consisiting of leaflets, posters, screen graphics for Live channel TV, and accessible materials such as easy read booklets. I also wireframed and came up with the design for the interface for the Complain for change website.
